Cristina Noel Smith is a Program Manager & Producer with over a decade of experience in creative production, experiential marketing, and music.  Work in live production has included broadcasts, conferences, galas, music festivals, private events, experiential marketing activations and digital installations using AR & VR.  Program and project management in tech has included working with AI & ML in music, content creation including creative direction, photography, and video, music industry-related duties such as production, commissions, and licensing as well as project management for brand campaigns.​​

Prior to the tech and entertainment industry, she was in the mental health sector.  
 
While earning her degree, she contributed to various research initiatives under the tutelage of Clinical & Counseling Psychology professors and was an active member of the Psi Chi Honor Society. Throughout high school she volunteered at Children's Hospital.  In college she volunteered at the ER, shadowing physicians and psychiatrists.
 
While working with patients at a clinic and practice, she developed an interest in Psychopharmacology and therapy through music and art.

Creatively inspired by photography, music, neuroscience, nature, and technology, she is currently interested in Cognitive Neuroscience and it's potential in music and mindfulness; neuroplasticity, biometrics and mood-monitoring, and tech for mental health awareness.
